PU leather tassel dress and Isabel Marant (I wish) style cowboy boots

When I saw that dress in Primark I fell in love with it. I bought it and it was a good decision. I had a great time yesterday and my dress definitely passed a test. I matched it with black and navy cowboy boots from H&M and black clutch. I painted my nails with Maybelline nail polish- midnight blue colour. How do you find the whole outfit? I hope you like it.
